Los oficiales recibieron el reporte anónimo sobre un vehículo que circulaba por la carretera Mazamitla-Tuxcueca.

Redacción.- (Tuxcueca, Jal).- Un hombre que transportaba material forestal de procedencia irregular fue detenido en el municipio de Tuxcueca por  personal de la Policía del Estado, 

Los oficiales recibieron el reporte anónimo sobre un vehículo que circulaba por la carretera Mazamitla-Tuxcueca, pero transportaba varios troncos que habrían sido talados sin cumplir con los requisitos que exige la ley.

Los elementos interceptaron el automotor en el kilómetro 8.5 de dicha vía y se entrevistaron con el chofer, de nombre José “N”, de 51 años, a quien le solicitaron que les mostrara la guía oficial.

La madera que transportaba presuntamente de manera ilegal es encino.

La persona mostró un documento que presentaba alteraciones en la fecha y otros datos, lo que fue notificado al agente ministerial de la Fiscalía General de la República, autoridad que ordenó el arresto del conductor y su remisión, junto con la carga, a las instalaciones de dicha institución.

En total, el hombre transportaba 24 metros cúbicos de madera de encino, los cuales quedaron bajo resguardo del Ministerio Público.

Redacción.- En el taller de capacitación de Ley de Transparencia, Responsabilidades y Protección de Datos Personales por parte de ITEI (Instituto de Transparencia, Información Pública y Protección de Datos Personales del Estado de Jalisco)., al alcalde de Chapala, Alejandro Aguirre Curiel, invitó a los funcionarios de su gobierno a estar atentos de las disposiciones y normativa en cuanto a transparencia.

“Cada día estamos más obligados a ser transparentes, publicar información; cada decisión que tomemos, la tenemos que tener muy bien respaldada y siempre pública”, manifestó Aguirre Curiel, durante el taller regional realizado el 23 de noviembre, en el Centro Cultural Antigua Presidencia (CCAP).

El taller regional contó con la participación de los nuevos funcionarios públicos, de Direcciones Generales, Jefaturas de Área y Coordinaciones, y organismos descentralizados de los Gobiernos Municipales de Jocotepec, Poncitlán y Chapala.

“Se los he dicho a los directores, hoy son tiempos diferentes, tenemos que ser muy transparentes en las decisiones, tenemos que ser muy cuidadosos por todas las malas experiencias que ha tenido la ciudadanía, tenemos que demostrar que somos diferentes y eso es, ser transparentes”, puntualizó el alcalde en su discurso.

El Presidente Municipal, Alejandro Aguirre, en su mensaje de bienvenida, agradeció a la Presidenta del ITEI, Cynthia Patricia Cantero Pacheco; por la apertura y disposición para la realización de la capacitación regional.

“Nuestro objetivo en este Gobierno Municipal, es la transparencia e información, siempre estar comunicados con la ciudadanía y habitantes de Chapala, agradezco la presencia de todos ustedes, ahí se demuestra el interés y compromiso que tenemos con los chapalenses”, finalizó el primer edil.

El taller fue impartido por la dirección del Centro de Estudios Superiores de Información Pública y Protección de Datos Personales del ITEI, a cargo de Manuel Rojas Munguía, Director del Centro; así como por los colaboradores, Carlos Barrera y Rosana Martínez Quiñones

Héctor Ruíz. – Con inconformidades por parte de los padres de familia, es como se ha llevado la primera jornada de vacunación Pfizer para niños de 15 a 17 años en el Hospital Comunitario Jocotepec.

Y es que, de acuerdo con las quejas recogidas por este medio, los módulos virtuales encargados de otorgar la cita, no funcionaron a cabalidad, dejando a muchos jóvenes sin recibir la vacuna contra el COVID-19, la tarde de este 23 de noviembre.

Los quejosos manifestaron ser agredidos por el comisionado de Servidores de la Nación, Alfredo Escobar, luego de que padres desesperados por estar desde las ocho de la mañana esperando su dosis y sin tener respuesta, alzaran la voz para ser atendidos.

Personal del Ayuntamiento de Jocotepec se hizo presente para brindar asistencia y apoyo a Servidores de la Nación tras altercado, pero éstos se negaron a recibir ayuda.

Sofía Medeles (Ajijic, Jal.)- Desde el inicio del mes, se han estado realizando talleres culturales en San Antonio Tlayacapan, los cuales han sido bien recibidos por habitantes de la delegación, según palabras del encargado de cultura del pueblo, Octavio Ignacio Pérez.

Hasta el momento, se han realizado cuatro talleres: calaveritas, muñecos mexicanos, introducción a la cartonería y grabado en linóleo; los cuales han llenado su cupo, y se han realizado con ayuda de grupos como EsuWit, Rutas Plásticas A.C., Semilla Gráfica, y el director de cultura de Ajijic, Santiago Baeza.

“La respuesta ha sido buena por varios factores, como puede ser que la mayoría de los talleres son gratis, que la gente ya quiere salir de esta pandemia, etcétera. Y aunque los talleres son para pocas personas por esto mismo, en la medida de lo posible, se buscará abrir más grupos y meter disciplinas como música, danza folclórica, teatro, entre otras”, mencionó Octavio.

Sobre los talleres, aseveró que es una actividad fuerte, una de las maneras de visibilizar la cultura, y son un buen mecanismo para desarrollar distintas actividades; además, de que permiten sensibilizar al poblador al arte. Finalmente, agradeció a autoridades municipales y al presidente Alejandro Aguirre, por sus respectivos apoyos para la realización de los talleres.

The conditions include a closing  time of 12:00 midnight, a restricted capacity, sanitary  checkpoints in charge of the guilds, signage  at entrances and exits, permanent use of masks and monitoring by the Municipal Government. 

Maximiliano «Max» Macias,  who is in charge of the delegation’s office, commented that they are working together with merchants, guilds and organizing groups, to be able to bring a very healthy and old-fashioned celebration.

«They will be different this time the festivities, as to come with the family, spend some time and have dinner. We are starting little by little and reactivating the economy. For example, merchants who have not been able to make a living will be allowed to work, as long as they respect the requirements of the Ministry of Health,» said Max.

Likewise, through the delegation’s web page -Delegación Ajijic 2021-2024-, the calendar of activities for the novenario (9-days of masses and celebrations)  was published;  The guild schedule is:  Nov.22nd musicians’ guild), Nov.  23rd merchants’ guild, Nov. 24th terrace owners who reached an agreement,  and Nov. 25th the new youth guild). People agreed to bring musical groups to perform at the kiosk, while from November 26th to 30th, the activities that will take place will depend on the budget of the remaining guilds.

People have taken this news as good, since, both in social networks and in interviews conducted by Semanario Laguna, they expressed their joy for the realization of the festivities. «It is good because on the one hand we see that little by little we are getting out of this pandemic, and on the other hand because they give the population a space to have fun,» highlighted Sara, an interviewee from Ajijic.

The mañanitas will be held at 7:00 a.m. The masses will be held at three different times, 8:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Rosaries will be at 6:30 p.m., and Eucharistic adoration – in charge of Adorers and Honorary Adorers – will be on Wednesday, November 24, Thursday, November 25 and Friday, November 26.

Héctor Ruiz Mejía.- El 13 de noviembre se inauguró la primera Brigada Juvenil del Departamento de Bomberos en el municipio de Jocotepec.

Con muy buena aceptación por parte de la comunidad, arrancó con la participación de 50 niños y niñas la primera Brigada Juvenil de Bomberos, donde se les hizo entrega de un kit personal en el que incluía una playera que será su uniforme durante todo el curso.

El cual, tendrá una duración de aproximadamente un año, serán todos los sábados de 10:00 de la mañana a 1:00 de la tarde y donde se impartirán cursos importantes para desarrollar habilidades de primeros auxilios, campismo, trabajo en equipo y rescates, así como prevención de accidentes y manejo de extintores.

“Es importante que los jóvenes al menos sepan qué hacer ante una emergencia”, comentó el bombero respecto a la importancia de instruir a los niños y mantenerlos ocupados tras el largo confinamiento y la grave problemática que aqueja al municipio respecto a las adicciones.

Municipal presidentHector Nanuel Haro Perez of Jocotepec urged everyone to report any theft that they see.

Juan Martin Santana, Director of Public Services, asked everyone to help maintain and respect all public areas, «I want to ask people to help take care of our public spaces, they are for everyone to enjoy. Sofía Medeles (Ajijic, Jal.)- With no fields to sow and no cows to herd in Ajijic, the farmers’ guild, once one of the strongest of the nine guilds, is now one of the hardest hit in the Ajijic’s patron saint festivities.

The festivities in honor of San Andrés Apóstol are held from November 22 to 30 In the Parish of San Andrés Apóstol, where the patron saint of Ajijic is located. 

Semanario Laguna spoke with one of the members (of the guild. Ramona Díaz, receiving the media outside her house hiding her hands to protect herself from the cold, nostalgically commented that her membership in the guild is because she inherited it from her father, who inherited it from her grandfather. Looking to the side, she recalls a tradition that is basically lost, in which the guild on the following day, made a small procession with lanterns to get to the last mass of the day which represented that they were receiving their day. They called this the «entrada.» «It would be nice if those of us who participate in the guilds could agree to wear a shawl and wear our tresses, so we could show more of our traditions and roots.»

Finally, she called on the community of Ajijic, adults, youth and children, to get more involved in the traditions that remain since, with pride, she says it is part of what makes Ajijic magical. «Another one I remember is the battle of the roses -men giving roses to women during the dances in the plaza. It was nice and fun. It should be done again and we could motivate them, for example, by giving a prize to the one with the most roses. Let’s not let the traditions that made us what we are die.»

Sofía Medeles (Ajijic, Jal.)- Con la finalidad de visibilizar a la comunidad LGBTTTIQ+ se realizó la pinta de un paso de cebra (justo al pie de las escaleras del muelle) con los colores de la bandera arcoíris, el 17 de noviembre.   

Por su parte, el director general de Guadalajara Pride, Johnny Cobian, antes de iniciar con la pintura del paso peatonal, explicó que no estaban haciendo una simple pintada, sino una disidencia política, que es una forma de inconformidad y protesta, para decir a los pobladores de la ribera que ahí están, quieren ser visibles, y sobre todo, respetados.

Se presentó el encargado de despacho Maximiliano “Max” Macías, para apoyar asegurando la zona mientras pintaban.

“También es para decirles a nuestras hermanas y hermanos que no están solos, porque hay quien no se anima a expresar su sexualidad por miedo, dejarles el mensaje que aquí estamos, luchando hombro con hombro, el cual es uno de los objetivos de este orgulloso primer año que se hace en Ajijic, y aunque sean pocos, las marchas más importantes iniciaron con diez personas. En un futuro, esto será mucho más grande que hoy”, comentó el director.

Asimismo, invitaron a los pobladores de Chapala –tanto dentro como fuera del movimiento- al desfile del sábado 20 de noviembre, con hora de inicio 4:00 p.m., en la cabecera municipal de Chapala. Se reunirán en el parque de la Cristianía, marcharán por toda la avenida y terminará con un pequeño festival.

El dato:

El motivo por el que se realizó en noviembre y no dentro de las festividades de la comunidad LGBTTTIQ+, que se realizan en junio, es por el llamado “Baile de los 41”, una redada policial acontecida el 17 de noviembre de 1901, a un grupo de 42 hombres que se encontraban en un baile, donde 21 estaban vestidos de gala y otros 21 de mujer.

Al final, se arrestó solo a 41, ya que el asistente restante, se trataba de Ignacio de la Torre y Mier, yerno del entonces presidente Porfirio Díaz. Este acontecimiento histórico de la historia mexicana es importante dentro de la comunidad.
